Radio Free Asia (RFA)’s Asia Fact Check Lab is an initiative launched by RFA in 2022 that aims at countering misinformation and disinformation related to China and picking apart false narratives seeded by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). It features daily fact‑check reports, media‑watch articles, and in‑depth investigations. Due to cuts in its funding by the US government, this unit stopped operations in May 2025.
